OPEN CALL: World 2.0 – Democracy, Resilient Society, and Me

15/10/2024

What comes to mind when you hear the word "resilience"?

We perceive resilience as the ability to withstand pressure, regardless of whether it comes from the external world or from within. We also understand that the capacity to handle this pressure depends on how much more we can take in.Our nervous system manages this capacity, and it is essential that we take care of our nervous system. For example, by knowing where our boundaries are. We believe that inner resilience fosters outer resilience; they go hand in hand. Resilience is closely linked to the ability to navigate the information and media space. We are convinced that a resilient individual is the foundation of a resilient society.

Does that make sense to you? Then join our new project!

In World 2.0 we will focus on both self-development, and topics related to information literacy and how media function in today’s world. The project is designed to be experiential and practical, primarily through workshops and active participation in various activities. That’s why the project also includes journalism practice, which not only gives you the chance to try different journalistic styles and directions but also serves as a way to integrate experiences and newly acquired skills.
