Center for an Informed Society is opening a practically oriented summer school - a four-day intensive training program for ten participants. Designed for university students, the programme aims to contribute to the education and training of future security analysts who will become part of the Czech security community through discussions and interactive workshops with security experts.
Centre for an Informed Society Summer School 2024 builds on the ongoing Security Academy, a one-year training program ncluding lectures, study visits and personalised mentoring).
DATES: 5. – 8. 9. 2024 (Thursday – Sunday)
LOCATION: Sluňákov - Center for Ecological Activities, Horka nad Moravou
PARTICIPANTS: 10 students of bachelor and master programmes focusing on security, international relations and related fields
Programme of the Centre for an Informed Society Summer School 2024
Lectures, discussions and workshops with civilian and military experts on security, current security threats, defence and military policy, strategic communication. We will also discuss the functioning of security institutions.
